I think the use of corner time in the spanking lifestyle can add many new dimensions to your scene, I have read some articles over the years and the practice seems to be liked and disliked in equal measure.
The main reason the use of corner time is not used is that many people think is too boring, just standing in the corner and doing nothing but looking at a blank wall.
Yet some people seem to get quite an emotional experience form the practice, almost like they get into a sort of trance, personally I like the idea.
After giving a sound spanking to a naughty bottom I like to see the sub in the corner with her panties round her ankles and a nice pink bottom on display.
For me it just rounds up the discipline, and gives me a little quiet time in the bargain.

At this point I would like to introduce the element of time into this form of discipline, some mistresses and I would think the majority, consider a corner time duration of between ten and thirty minutes to be ample. Yet some are more than happy to keep the sub in the corner for well over an hour, I herd of one mistress who has Sunday Corner time,” Up, bathed and into nightdress, then corner time, snack, corner time, dinner back in the corner , spanking and back to bed.
